"The Messianic Legacy"

Rennes-le-Chateau Home Page

I just finished "The Messianic Legacy," written by Michael Baigent, Richard Leigh, and Henry Lincoln (the writers of "Holy Blood, Holy Grail" - the story behind "The Da Vinci Code").

As a sequel to "Holy Blood, Holy Grail," which I just read, it offered some new ideas with regards to the life of Jesus Christ, as well as a look into subsequent research into the Priory of Sion. On the whole, knowing the story of Pierre Plantard, I am really unsure of what to make it.

I don't believe that we know the whole story of Pierre Plantard, no matter how much he has been discredited, nor do I believe that the authors know the whole story. I'd have to say that I walked away with more questions than answers after reading both books.

More later.

Lindsey
