Lord Stanley Returns to Hockey Town!

Most people wouldn't guess this about me, but I love hockey. I love watching professional hockey, especially the playoffs. Then again, I've spent almost my entire life in Michigan, so I suppose it isn't much of a stretch.

Well, the Detroit Red Wings just won the Stanley Cup again! Some of my best memories of high school are of the hockey playoffs in 1997 and 1998.

1997, 1998, 2002, and now 2008. Detroit really is Hockey Town! We have to put up with the Tigers and Lions, so I suppose we need something.
